Can you Stay an Extra Day in Bremen?

The event page for IT4Science-Days 2025 is now live and open for abstract submissions!

It takes place in Bremen from the 22nd to the 25th of September, 2025.

As you may recall from previous editions, IT4Science is an excellent opporunity to connect and exchange ideas with IT experts from the Max Planck Society (the organizer), Helmholtz, Leibniz and Fraunhofer.

We anticipate that digital sovereignty in research will be a central theme at this year’s event, alongside Large Language Models, Foundation Models and Data Hubs. For sure, there will be interesting challenges to discuss, and we do hope to see several contributions from the Helmholtz Platforms.

If you are attending the co-located HIFIS All-Hands meeting, rest assured that the organizers are aware and will not schedule your talk during our core meeting time, but rather from Wednesday 24 (noon) to Thursday 25 (noon).

The deadline to submit your abstract is set to June, 30. You can use “Federated Login” to access MPG’s Indico (thank you federated ID).
