When picking a new cloud service for your workflow, its availability is one of the most important points to consider. You do not want say your LaTeX editor to stop working 10 minutes before the submission of your “proposal_final final (3).pdf” in time for the deadline. Or, sometimes a service may not be working for you and you’re wondering whether it’s just your local WiFi again or if everyone else is having issues.
Until recently for Helmholtz Cloud this information was either unavailable or spread over separate provider’s status pages. In order to provide you with a unified transparent foundation for your decisions we’ve launched a new status page at helmholtz.cloud/status. Here, you can see the current availability of each service and 90 day availability history at a glance. Additionally, as we collect more and more data, we’re going to provide 365 day availability metrics on the services profile pages.
We hope this helps you to pick the right service for your use case.
